Effective September 13, 2026These terms are an agreement between you and FlashtorialApps for CareerPilot AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Read the Privacy Policy to understand data processing.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
What the service provides
CareerPilot AI organizes resume information, analyzes jobs you submit, estimates fit, suggests improvements, prepares application drafts and interview guidance, and tracks applications. It is not an employer, recruitment agency, credential verifier, or professional adviser. It does not guarantee interviews, employment, salary, or any hiring outcome. It does not automatically submit applications on your behalf.
AI outputs and scores
AI outputs can be incomplete, biased, outdated, or incorrect. Resume Strength currently checks captured profile evidence and is not a full document-quality audit. Job Fit scores are estimates based on supplied information. Review extracted facts, all generated content, and job requirements before acting. Never submit invented experience or qualifications. You are responsible for the final materials you send to employers.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, including processing by disclosed providers. You must have the right to upload resumes and submit job content. Do not upload confidential third-party content without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate others, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, upload malware, gain unauthorized access, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or automate abusive access. Do not use outputs to deceive employers or to make unlawful discriminatory decisions.
Our materials and third parties
Our software, design, and branding belong to FlashtorialApps or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. Firebase, OpenAI, Google sign-in, and job websites are independent third-party services with their own policies and availability. We do not control job-site accuracy or the continued availability of a posting.
Availability, changes, and fees
Features may change or become unavailable. Internet access and compatible devices are required. We will disclose pricing and payment terms before introducing paid features or charging you. You can stop using the service at any time.
Deletion and termination
You can initiate account deletion in Profile or at https://careerpilotai.flashtorial.com/deleteaccount/ after verifying ownership. Deletion cannot be undone and exported copies remain under your control. We may suspend access for serious misuse or where required by law. Terms that by their nature survive termination, including ownership and lawful liability limitations, continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. To that extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or reliance on unverified outputs. Nothing excludes liability, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Disputes, changes, and contact
Mandatory local laws and consumer rights remain applicable. Contact us first to try to resolve a dispute informally. We may revise these terms and the effective date, providing further notice when appropriate. Questions can be sent to FlashtorialApps at flashtorialapps@gmail.com.
