Delete your CareerPilot AI account

Remove your account, profile, uploaded resumes, saved jobs and fit analyses, application records, and stored drafts. Deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep first.

Start deletion online or in the app

Open your workspace and sign in if necessary. Choose Profile → Privacy & legal section → Delete account. Verify your password or Google identity, type DELETE, then select Permanently delete account.

If you are not signed in, select CareerPilot AI above, sign in, then follow those steps.

Cannot access your account?

You can initiate a request by emailing flashtorialapps@gmail.com from your registered email address. Include only the account email and a request to delete CareerPilot AI. Do not send passwords or identification documents. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

What remains temporarily

Automatic cleanup retries when a step fails. A minimal processing marker is removed after at least 24 hours once deletion completes. Provider backups, security logs, and legally required records may persist under their retention policies. Downloaded or shared copies are not removed. See the Privacy Policy for details.
